My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is holistic. Although I practice a talking therapy only, I will integrate various philosophies, techniques and schools of psychotherapy which enables us to integrate the mind body and spirit within the process.
Each course of treatment is tailored to the clients specific needs and is always a collaboration between therapist and client, set at a pace which the client feels safe and comfortable with.
Counselling can help to heal the hurts of the past by offering the client a non judgemental relationship, where they can feel free to share their concerns, dreams, hopes and fears. The therapeutic relationship is one based on trust and anything you share with your counsellor is confidential.
Therapy can give you the support and encouragement you need to work through your personal issues and develop greater peace of mind, providing you with the space you need to explore what your needs are, in terms of creating a more fulfilling life.
